We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shop Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder's Clarence Parade shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a large team of volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of volunteers to deliver great customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage stock processes to ensure the shop is well-merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance
- Work with the local community to generate donated stock and drive sales
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives
