Overnight Care Support Worker

Location: Beckside, North Hykeham

Compensation: £12.67 per hour

Scheduled Hours: 24 hours weekly

Beckside is a 57-bed residential care facility located in North Hykeham, offering a serene environment with picturesque views that often enhance the spiritual wellbeing of our residents in a cozy, homelike atmosphere.

We seek compassionate individuals to join our team as care support workers, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents each day. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and supporting restroom use). We are looking for individuals who genuinely care for our residents and strive to create a joyful and fulfilling life for them. While some days may present challenges, you will also experience laughter, enjoyment, and the creation of lasting memories. You will become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care environment.
