- Requirements Management and DOORS Implementation: Define and implement the project's Requirements Management and DOORS Implementation plans, maintaining configuration and ensuring seamless execution.
- Configuration Management: Maintain the configuration of the DOORS Project, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements Allocation and Verification: Support the creation and apportionment of systems requirements and allocation to sub-systems, ensuring traceability and verification of system requirements.
- Documentation and Compliance: Produce verification and compliance documentation, managing the flow of requirements from system level to sub-system level.
- Requirements Management Planning: Proven experience in Requirements Management Planning, with a strong understanding of systems engineering processes and lifecycle.
- Requirements Definition and Apportionment: Ability to define and apportion systems requirements, with a focus on traceability and verification.
- DOORS Expertise: Strong expertise in DOORS, with the ability to work at a specialist level and maintain configuration.
- Atlassian Tools and MATLAB: Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller, or MATLAB, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a systems engineering context.
- EW, RF Systems, and Radar System Design: Familiarity with Electronic Warfare, RF systems, and Radar System design and operation, with a strong understanding of electro-optic system design and operation.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and liaising with engineers across disciplines.
