About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our Digital Capability team at the Department of Work & Pensions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing resourcing strategies that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract, retain, and develop quality talent
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address recruitment challenges
  • Conduct data-led analysis to inform recruitment decisions and strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external suppliers
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and procedures
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends
