About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. Our client requires assistance with daily living tasks, including diet supervision and emotional companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the client's unique needs.
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and household cleaning.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
