Freelance Architect

W3 Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced freelancer to lead our architectural design service. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to grow with our company and take on new challenges.

This unique role combines autonomy with leadership, offering full control over your own client base while contributing to our industry-leading design service. You'll work independently, using our industry-standard resources, while benefiting from our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from residential to commercial, as we expand.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and create actionable, planning-ready designs.
• Use industry-standard software to produce detailed models, presentations, and planning documents.
• Manage project terms, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality control throughout each phase.
• Conduct site visits as needed, addressing issues and ensuring project success.

Qualifications:

• A recognised degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup/Formit.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient work.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about architecture and innovation.
