About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Coty, working in the luxury beauty retail space. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining company KPIs
  • Lead by example, protecting the equity of Coty brands and adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store retail teams, retailer staff, and management
  • Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
  • Build relationships with customers to influence and sell, upsell
