The Lucent Halo group of companies is a dynamic and rapidly expanding portfolio that includes prime commercial, restaurants, and sought-after Airbnb properties and HMOs for young professionals.

We are recruiting a Head of Housekeeping who will be responsible for the ongoing management and scheduling of the cleaning team and working with the team across our property portfolio covering Bristol and Bath.

This role reports to the Property & Lettings Manager and requires the use of knowledge and excellent attention to detail to ensure that you and your team follow strict cleaning processes.

You will work to a high standard and deliver a safe workspace that you can be proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fortnightly cleans for tenanted properties
  • Weekly/daily cleans for Airbnb properties
  • Leading and managing the cleaning team
  • Assisting the maintenance team

About You:

You will be able to work independently, managing your own time and workflow to follow the cleaning schedules.

Your attention to detail will be outstanding, and you will be comfortable coaching and giving feedback to any cleaning staff in your team.

A driving licence and vehicle are essential.

The salary range for this role is £29,000-£31,000.
