About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECT tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in the Redcar and Cleveland area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tuition sessions to students in need of additional support
  • Work collaboratively with schools and local authorities to provide education to students who are not currently accessing it
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Professional teaching qualifications or significant tutoring experience
  • An enhanced child workforce only DBS on the update service or willingness to purchase one through Teaching Personnel
  • Two professional references that cover 24 months of employment, taken from a 10-year career history
  • A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives
