Too Faced - Counter Lead - Boots - 15 Hours

We're seeking a talented Counter Lead to join our team at Too Faced, a leading makeup brand known for its fun and inclusive approach to beauty.

As a Counter Lead, you'll be responsible for creating a personalized experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect products to suit their skin and makeup goals.

We're looking for someone with a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approachable personality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and being able to recommend custom-fit routines
  • Maintaining a visually appealing shopping environment and adhering to high standards of visual merchandising
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
