About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate to join our team at Global Energy Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering projects with a focus on health and safety, technical delivery, cost control, contractual management, and programme management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related subject and relevant membership of a professional institution. You will lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including 3rd party suppliers, and develop and maintain internal and external networks for business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and build strong internal relationships with engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks for business development
  • Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to establish growth strategies
  • Manage key clients and develop technical capability of the Engineering team
  • Mentor, motivate, and encourage the team
  • Attend conferences and seminar events and collaborate with the marketing team to produce marketing materials
