Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons and develop personalized education plans for students with SLD and PMLD
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including specialist teachers, medical staff, and psychologists
  • Develop and implement behavior management techniques to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Use alternative teaching methods, such as Lego therapy and intensive interaction sessions
  • Communicate effectively with students who are non-verbal or have visual or hearing impairments

The successful candidate will have a clear and up-to-date DBS check, relevant experience working with young people with ASD, and a patient and caring attitude.
