About the Role:

OCS is seeking a skilled Strategic Workforce Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling our workforce to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Allocate shifts, monitor staff attendance, and source cover for vacant shifts and absences.
  • Staff Welfare: Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.
  • Incident Reporting: Liaise with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes as necessary.
  • Data Management: Collate and process staffing data as required.

Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA Licensed
  • Proactive, responsible, reliable, and capable of leading a team
  • Able to interact and influence front-line colleagues and management team
  • Ability to lead a team, motivate, listen, support, and communicate effectively
