Care Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Percurra Chelmsford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients to live independently at home.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and enhancing their daily lives. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, kind, and patient, with a big heart. You will need to have a full UK driver's licence, own vehicle, and flexible availability. Experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given to all new Care Assistants.
