Teaching and Learning Mentor

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Childcare and Early Years Teaching Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship and mentoring colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship
- Mentor colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality education
- Prepare and produce schemes of work
- Maintain accurate records for each learner
- Provide progression, retention, and achievement information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background and relevant experience working within the childcare / early years sector. You should also hold a Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or similar and Qualified Teacher Status, as well as a TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent and an IQA qualification or equivalent.
What We Offer
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum, and the location for this role is in the South East region.
