We are currently seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team at Defence, where you will have the opportunity to create exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

As a Chef with ESS, a part of Compass Group UK&I, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with experience supervising a team and holding a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent. They will also have a flexible approach to working and be willing to represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
