Roads Planning Team Overview:

Job Summary:
This role provides a vital link between the administrative and technical aspects of the service, offering key support in both areas. You will work closely with the team to administer the Roads Planning Service mailbox, respond to customer enquiries, and develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have an HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline (or be currently working towards this) or demonstrate comparable training and professional development. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
