The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fashion Buying team, ensuring the smooth running of the fashion buying cycle and achieving strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Fashion Buying team with all administrative duties, including placing purchase orders, completing order amendments, and setting up fit-rails.
- Chase outstanding samples and update the buying team on status.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain the sample library and prepare samples for relevant meetings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong team player with good attention to detail.
- Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for buying.
