About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Helen Court, Witham. As a Care Assistant, you will be supporting elderly residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence.

The role involves aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities, and to their bedrooms at their request. You will also assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.

As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by engaging in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group. Your role will be to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
