Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. The ideal candidate will be based in Greater Manchester and will be responsible for sourcing their own leads, booking sales appointments, and selling to businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Sourcing: You will be responsible for generating your own leads and booking sales appointments.
  2. Managing a Sales Pipeline: You will be required to maintain an up-to-date CRM system to ensure that you are generating enough leads and sitting enough appointments to achieve your monthly target.
  3. Building Proposals: You will make use of marketing material/documentation/in-house resources to compile your own sales proposals to present to prospective clients.
  4. Negotiation: You will possess a good level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiate and close sales.


Requirements:

  1. £35-50k basic salary depending on experience.
  2. Company car or car allowance (£600 per month).
  3. Flexibility to work from home when booking appointments.
