About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Service to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery in our children's care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including The Food Safety Act 1990 and The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Manage food supplies, fridge and freezer temperatures, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and support new staff members in kitchen procedures and equipment use
