Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to service performance by delivering high-quality care and ensuring contractual output is met.
  • Liaise with professionals and organisations, including addiction services, psychiatric services, and social services to provide comprehensive support.
  • Conduct phlebotomy tests and support the nursing team with testing and vaccination procedures.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and promote integrated care pathways to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Support the nursing team with titrating patients on to treatment regimes, ensuring safe and effective care.
