About the Role

We seek an innovative Culinary Innovator to create new culinary concepts for our Retail customers and brands. This role demands delivering high culinary standards throughout the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create novel product ideas for Retail customers and brands.
  • Maintain exceptional culinary standards across the organization.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Culinary Innovator in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Chef-related qualifications and industry expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of global cuisine, flavor pairings, and ingredients.
  • Awareness of current trends and innovation within the industry.
  • Demonstrated creativity and flair for innovation.
  • Presentation skills with drive, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, project management, and innovative thinking.
Favorable Skills:
  • Familiarity with science principles, such as pH levels.
  • Experience with sauce and mayonnaise development.

Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
