German Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled German Immigration Specialist to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering immigration advice and processing for German corporate clients.

The role involves managing a range of corporate immigration applications, providing advice and guidance to clients, and coordinating with the wider team to facilitate clients' international instructions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of German inbound corporate immigration and/or German language skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to corporate clients regarding corporate immigration and associated issues.
• Manage and coordinate a volume caseload, demonstrating experience of high-profile client account management.
• Ensure case progress and documents are updated regularly on the case management tool.
• Familiarity with a process-driven approach to account management, working to KPIs and reporting to clients on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of German inbound corporate immigration and/or German language skills.
• Confidence in liaising regularly with clients of all levels.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
