Your Role
As a Support Worker at Moor Lane, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll provide exceptional care, facilitate meaningful activities, and foster a sense of community.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily tasks, ensuring their independence and dignity
- Facilitate engaging activities, promoting social interaction and personal growth
- Communicate effectively, considering individual needs and preferences
- Work varied shifts, including early, late, and weekend rotations
