About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a critical first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice and guidance to patients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Contact: Assess patients' conditions and direct them to appropriate healthcare professionals or services using advanced listening and probing skills.
  • NHS Pathways Software: Utilize our cutting-edge software to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is signposted correctly.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
