About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tutor to join our team at Mantra Learning, a leading logistics learning and development organisation. As a Multi Skilled Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering various course qualifications, creating individual learning plans, and reviewing learner progress throughout their programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to a wide range of learner cohorts at our Middleton site and virtually using online and offline learning resource materials.
  • Provide learner support through face-to-face or virtual delivery, ensuring that learners receive the guidance and support they need to succeed.
  • Induct learners into the learning environment, courses, and systems, and provide them with the necessary information, advice, and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Create, set, and mark work-related tasks to help learners progress through their programmes.
  • Share sector-specific experience and knowledge with learners, promoting their understanding and skills in areas such as logistics, customer service, and employment.
  • Promote Safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values within your sessions, ensuring that learners are aware of their responsibilities and rights.
  • Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with current Health and Safety legislation and company policies.
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • ICT, English, and Math qualifications at Level 2 or above.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 minimum (essential).
  • PTLLS/CTLLS or L5 Teaching Qualification (desirable).
  • Information, Advice, and Guidance Level 3 or above (desirable).
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience of at least two of the following subject areas: Mental Health & Wellbeing, CSCS, CSCS Pathway, Customer Service, Securing Employment, Warehouse, Cleaning, Express Logistics, First Aid, or any additional courses that meet your skills and experience.
