Operations Manager for Public Inquiries and Public Law

As a key member of our Public Inquiries and Public Law team, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the effective operation of the team. Your role will involve leading on liaison with our Business Development and Communications teams, project management, and strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the team's workload and providing assistance in a discreet, diplomatic, and efficient manner.
  • Developing and coordinating internal and external communications, including liaising with our corporate support teams.
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support the PIPL Partners and wider CSG ambitions.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in business support processes, including the development and management of internal databases and folder management of sensitive files and company documents.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, project, or communications role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient IT skills, particularly proficiency across the MS Office suite of programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders throughout the business at all levels.
