About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Knowledge Development Specialist to join our Corporate Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our knowledge strategy, ensuring that our lawyers have access to the latest information and best practices.

You will work closely with our Partners and Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our Corporate Lawyers. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas where knowledge gaps exist and developing targeted solutions to address them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge strategy to support the Corporate Team.
  • Collaborate with Partners and L&D to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Corporate Lawyers.
  • Identify areas where knowledge gaps exist and develop targeted solutions to address them.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant legal and regulatory developments, ensuring updates are reflected within the Team's precedent bank.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified solicitor registered with the SRA of England and Wales.
  • 4+ years PQE as a Corporate lawyer with recent M&A experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, including strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Part-time hours available.
  • Earn up to 10% of salary with our annual bonus scheme.
  • Minimum 25 days (FTE) annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service.
  • Auto-enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, with a minimum contribution of 5% of salary.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with 40-60% of time spent in the office.
