Job Title: Service Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Development Specialist to join our team in Plymouth, covering Devon and Cornwall. As a Service Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, while also identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide field service and maintenance support for hand pallet trucks
  • Cover a designated territory in Devon and Cornwall, with flexible working hours
  • Upsell company services and equipment/parts to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a field service role, preferably in the service and maintenance of forklifts, trucks, lifts, and manual handling equipment
  • Motivated, honest, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
