Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Chatham, Kent, UK. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via telephony, email, and live chat.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your skills and expertise to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. You will be accountable for ensuring all customer interactions meet the highest quality standards, adhering to process and policy guidelines, and identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.


Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, assessing against Lendable's quality assurance scorecard.
  • Escalate potential risks or issues impacting good customer outcomes, while identifying areas for process enhancements.
  • SUPPORT OTHER AREAS WITHIN OPERATIONS TO MEET OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IF REQUIRED.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in finance).
  • Previous loans, cards, and motor experience are highly desirable.
  • Contact centre and financial services experience is also advantageous.
