Salary:From £42,000 plus FTE based on experience
Contract Type:Permanent
Hours:40 hrs pw (Monday to Friday)

Role Summary

Recruiting Heads Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading third-party OH and Employee Services provider.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment, providing expert advice and support to clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience in providing health and wellbeing services to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to clients.
  2. Develop and implement health and wellbeing programs to promote employee health and wellbeing.
  3. Conduct health risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in occupational health, with experience in providing health and wellbeing services to employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
