Job Title: Transport Administrator

Command Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team in Dover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation plans, working closely with our clients and suppliers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Manage logistics and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers, RDCs, farms, and depots to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track fleet and subcontractors to ensure compliance with transport plans.
  • Complete KPI sheets and provide detailed handovers for late-running loads.
  • Assist the Day Runner with texting drivers and ensuring PM Collections are on track.

Working Hours:

4 days on, 4 days off, 8:00 - 20:00

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 per annum, 20 days' holiday
