About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Strategist to cover a maternity leave within our Marine team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either kickstart your recruitment career or gain further experience by learning from some of the best in the industry, with clients ready for you to work with right from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing top talent is central to our success. As part of a competitive recruitment market, you'll use your creativity and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and secure the best candidates.
  • You will take ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, advancing strategies to find, attract, and hire experienced professionals in niche sectors.
  • Foster a growth mindset within your team, contributing to the development of workforce strategies for both present and future needs.
  • Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates, while delivering an exceptional experience for every candidate.
  • Set an example for your team by driving continuous improvement and striving for excellence.
  • Drive business development to attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A highly competitive base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, with excellent bonus potential.
  • A generous commission structure.
  • 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per annum.
