Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary up to circa £70,000 per annum, plus annual pay reviews, and a range of benefits including a parking permit for all offices, matched pension contributions up to 5%, and involvement in high-profile litigation cases.

Job Description

This role involves handling a top-quality contentious probate/trust caseload, with a particular focus on advising on one high-value and high-profile Contentious Trusts/Probate case. You will work alongside trainees and a fully fledged secretarial support team, with opportunities to progress to team leader/head of sub-team as the department evolves.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' litigation experience. Contentious probate/trusts experience is ideal, but not essential. If you have a general dispute resolution background and want to specialise in contentious probate, we encourage you to apply.
