About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is always looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets
- Open and close the store in the absence of management, ensuring safe and legal trading practices
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
- Provide ear piercing services for all age groups
- Ensure the store is always presentable and inviting to customers

Requirements
- Some high school education required
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to operate POS system
