Social Work Team Lead

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Social Work Team Lead to join our team in Rowley Community Social Work within Adult Social Care. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and guidance to Social Care officers and Social Workers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also require a strong understanding of the Care Act and other relevant legislations, as well as experience of working in a social care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership and guidance to Social Care officers and Social Workers
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Salary: £**55,000-£70,000 per annum**, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including an annual leave entitlement, flexible working hours, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
