We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at OakGar Recruitment, working in partnership with a specialist care organisation across West Berkshire and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to elderly and vulnerable adults, promoting their independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a natural person-centred approach, with a desire to enable those they support to achieve greater independence while progressing in their careers. A competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum is offered, along with training and qualifications, and an attractive benefits package.

This role requires a friendly, caring approach, with the ability to relate to people from various backgrounds. You will work on your own or as part of a team, using patience and a sense of humour to create a positive atmosphere. In return, you will receive:
