About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CE&I Engineering Manager to join our team at our Capenhurst Site. As a key member of our Engineering Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of CE&I Engineering services across the site, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Site Service model for the CE&I Engineering portfolio, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure effective delivery of CE&I Engineering services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure proactive engagement and utilisation of consultative decision-making related to the delivery of CE&I Engineering services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technical subject.
  • Chartered member of an appropriate Engineering Institute or equivalent experience.
  • Fellow of a relevant Engineering Institute.
  • Ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and organise a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate requirements to all levels of the organisation and liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
