While STEP qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. We support career development and encourage candidates working towards STEP accreditation to apply.

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates will possess strong knowledge in private client matters, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues. Applicants must be capable of handling their own caseloads with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, use initiative, and meet deadlines.
