Grill Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team at Honest Burgers. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for running the grill section, managing health and safety, meeting set KPIs, and assisting in developing junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run the grill section, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and presented to our customers.
  • Manage health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Meet set KPIs, including food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
