About You

As a seasoned professional with experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, you will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Your expertise in HVAC systems, including grilles, diffusers, chilled beams, fan coils, VAV units, attenuators, controls, and energy management systems, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement product roadmaps to drive business growth and meet customer needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and engineering departments, to ensure seamless product lifecycle management
* Coordinate the generation of marketing materials, supporting sales activities and online presence
* Represent the company at trade events and industry-related bodies, showcasing our products and expertise
* Host customer test days and training sessions, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction
* Identify potential acquisition opportunities to strengthen our market position and product offering
* Evaluate sales data to understand product segmentation and sales trends
* Act as the voice of the company in dialogues with trade press and media, ensuring accurate representation of our products and brand standards

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* PMP certification advantageous
