The SEMH Teaching Assistant will be responsible for delivering educational programmes designed to meet the individual needs of each pupil. This will involve working closely with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and academic achievement.

We require an individual with a strong background in working with children and young adults with challenging behaviour. You will need to possess a solid understanding of SEMH principles and practices, with a proven ability to adapt to the unique needs of each pupil.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £85-£110 per day, paid through the PAYE system. We also offer guaranteed pay schemes, social events, pension contributions, and access to CPD training to support your ongoing professional development.
