Catering Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Catering Assistant to join our team at Academics, supporting secondary schools in Sheffield with their catering needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and serving food to pupils and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and dining areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience working in an industrial kitchen environment.
- Level 2 Food Safety Qualification.
- Ability to commute to various schools within Sheffield.
