Job Title: Creative Artistic Youth Worker

Protocol Education is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Artistic Youth Worker. This role will involve working with students who have complex needs, including ASD, behavioural difficulties, and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students, using creative arts and sensory approaches to engage and promote confidence.
  • Support students in the classroom, using innovative techniques to engage and motivate them.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Use creative arts and sensory approaches to support students with a range of needs and emotions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or qualification in a creative arts or related field.
  • Experience working with students with complex needs, including ASD, behavioural difficulties, and SEMH needs.
  • Ability to use creative arts and sensory approaches to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
