Restaurant Director

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our 2 Rosette restaurant in a luxury boutique hotel setting. This is a rare opportunity for someone with a passion for fine dining, fine wines, and exceptional service to join our team in a stunning North Yorkshire location.

• Lead the restaurant team, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.
• Maintain the 2 Rosette level by ensuring all aspects of service meet fine dining expectations.
• Oversee the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, training, and scheduling.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
• Ensure the restaurant offers an excellent wine pairing service, with a strong focus on fine wines.
• Provide a warm, personalised service to guests, ensuring every detail is managed with care.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or 2 Rosette-level environment.
• Strong knowledge of fine wines and food pairings.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage the restaurant's operations efficiently, including rotas, stock, and ordering.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
