About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Sheffield. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events, promoting Mecca Bingo's products and services.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
