About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Client Leadership Team as a Media Graduate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for account management, media planning and buying, and business understanding and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements

  • No industry experience required, but a plus if you have experience in an agency or marketing role.
  • Interest in behavioural economics and human insight-based media activation.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking, organisation, and prioritisation.
  • Team player with a strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft software applications; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (comfortable with Pivot tables, formulating data etc.).
  • Focused, articulate, and can-do attitude.
  • Confident individual who is able to contribute as part of the team and wider agency as well as having the motivation to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of media finance applications (Media Ocean/DDS/Prisma, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Media research systems – content and application (TGI, Similarweb, Ad Intel, GWI etc) preferable.
  • Interest in advertising and communications.
