Wij bieden jou een persoonlijk software development traineeship dat jou een absolute kickstart geeft voor jouw carrière. Ons traineeship start met een IT bootcamp dat 8 weken duurt. Tijdens deze bootcamp ga je aan de slag met fundamentele IT onderwerpen zoals Agile & Scrum, networking, architectuur, security, modelleren, coderen, databases en cloud. De vijf weken daarna stort je je in de wereld van software development. Je gaat werken met de volgende technologieën en methodieken:

  1. Requirements Engineering
  2. UML
  3. Database Design
  4. Java en Spring (Of C# en.NET)
  5. API's
  6. SQL
  7. Frontend Development

Je wordt hierbij volop begeleid door senior software developers. Samen met hen maak je een mooie vertaalslag van theorie naar praktijk. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat bij ons centraal, daarom volg je soft skills trainingen in onder andere mentale weerbaarheid, communicatie, feedback, samenwerken en beïnvloeden.

Na deze acht weken begint het echte werk: aan de slag bij een opdrachtgever die helemaal aansluit op jouw wensen. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn verspreid over heel Nederland en variëren van mkb tot de top 200-bedrijven zoals Ahold Delhaize, PostNL, VDL, NN, Achmea, Alliander, Ordina, CJIB, Belastingdienst, UMC Utrecht en Erasmus MC. Samen gaan wij op zoek naar een interessante organisatie bij jou in de regio. Wij creëren de kansen, jij kiest de opdrachtgever die het beste bij jou past. Je stroomt in als trainee en wordt vanaf dag één begeleid door teamleden, collega's en Working Talent. Trainees bij Working Talent zijn bijvoorbeeld aan de slag gegaan als Full Stack Java of C# Developer, Backend Developer PHP Developer of Frontend Developer.

Wat heb je nodig voor het Software Development traineeship?
Naast een gezonde dosis motivatie heb jij het volgende nodig:

  1. Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, een IT of bèta studie is een pre
  2. Je bent initiatiefrijk, communicatief vaardig, analytisch en flexibel ingesteld
  3. Je wordt blij van alles wat met software development te maken heeft
  4. Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

  5. Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals: 25 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld, een reiskostenvergoeding en een pensioenopbouw

Money talk
Je krijgt vanaf dag één van het IT bootcamp betaald. Vanaf de start bij één van onze opdrachtgevers is jouw salaris minimaal € 3250 per maand (inclusief vakantiegeld). Na 16 maanden is het de intentie dat je in dienst treedt bij jouw opdrachtgever en ontvang je nóg een goede upgrade in salaris.

Startdatums
Elke eerste maandag van de maand gaat er een klas van start, met uitzondering van feestdagen. De eerstvolgende startdatums zijn:

  1. 7 augustus
  2. 4 september
  3. 2 oktober
  4. 6 november
  5. 4 december
