Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Desmond Anderson Primary Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and pupils in achieving their full potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to our teachers in the planning and delivery of learning activities. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies to engage and motivate our pupils.

In addition to your teaching support role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available for our pupils.
